Meet the Owner
Paul O’Beirne is a solicitor and the Director of Ballarat Property Transfers (which also trades as Foundation Legal). Paul founded the business as “Paul O’Beirne Commercial Law” in 2000 after a number of years’ experience in other firms and has overseen the management of the business since its inception. He practices in property law, business law, wills & estates.
