Paul O'Beirne - Director

Paul O'Beirne is a solicitor and the Director of Foundation Legal. Paul founded the business as "Paul O’Beirne Commercial Law" in 2000 after a number of years’ experience in other firms and has overseen the management of hte business since its inception.

He is an Accredited Business Law Specialist and conducts all the legal aspects of the firm’s transactions. 

Ebony Bowes - Conveyancer

Ebony is responsible for the conduct of conveyancing transactions and enjoys working closely with her clients to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction with our service.   

Kylie assists with business law and estate planning matters is and is responsible for all deceased matters, as well as assisting with conveyancing transactions. 

She has over 20 years experience in the legal industry.. 

Fiona Harrington - Accounts

Fiona is the firm’s longest serving employee having commenced with us in 2001. 

She has worked in all areas of the firm and is now responsible for managing the accounts and general office administration of the practice.
